Meet the SIMS Independent team (and our latest apps) at Bett

By Deborah Fisher

I’m looking forward to the Bett education technology exhibition at Excel, running from 25 to 28 January. There’s always an invention or initiative which particularly catches my eye and I’m quite sure this year will be no exception.

The SIMS Independent and International team will be adding to the buzz and excitement around the very latest education technology as we showcase our newest SIMS solutions on stand B190 – the Parent App and the Student App.

Accessible from smartphone, tablet or PC, and customisable to suit your school’s requirements, the new parent and student apps have been designed to make it easier for you to keep parents, and pupils, informed and engaged with school life. They’re truly user-friendly, intuitive solutions which I know you’ll find easy to roll out. We can’t wait to show you how they work.

I look forward, along with the members of my team below, to welcoming you to our stand (B190) at Bett  – I’ll be joined by:

Jill Green (SIMS Independent and International Customer Care Consultant)
Jason Hewer (SIMS Independent and International Customer Care Consultant)
Alex Milne (SIMS Independent and International Customer Care Consultant)
Dan Gauntlett (SIMS Independent UK Sales Manager)
Kyle Longhurst (SIMS Independent International Sales Manager)

You can find out more about some of the team joining me by clicking on the links above - whether all the names are familiar to you or not, it’s worth checking out their mini-biographies to uncover some fascinating facts about each of them.  I’ll leave it to you to find out who released an album when they were in a band playing gigs in London, and who currently manages a football team in their spare time!

Please do visit us on stand B190 – we’d love to say hello to you in person and you can be assured of a very warm welcome, whether you’re an existing customer or potentially new to SIMS Independent.

May I also take the opportunity to wish you an enjoyable, informative and entertaining visit to Bett this year.
